Regional Finance began serving the Rio Grande area in 1988. Since our doors opened, we have provided the Rio Grande community with small personal loans, large loans for auto and other needs, and tax preparation services. Over the years we�ve seen lots of changes in our community including the arrival of the HEB-Plus, but two things that have never changed�our commitment to friendly service and our dedication to helping our customers with their financial needs.
